Rental Requirements and General Qualifications

All Rental pick ups will be at our home office at 1 Ontario Ave. New Hartford, NY 13413
This location offers a shuttle service. Please call us at 315-736-8222 with any questions or concerns.

Additional driver fee is $5.00 per day and must qualify with valid drivers license & valid insurance

After hours returns are allowed. Take note. Renter is responsible for the condition of rental until an employee of Priceless Rent A Car checks Rental in during regular business hours. RENTER is liable for any damages to the Rental except where noted on condition report when dropped off after hours

Rental Coverages:
$10/day up to $500.00 worth of coverage
Partial Damage Waiver for all CARS

$12/day up to $500.00 worth of coverage
Partial Damage Waiver for all SUVs

Customers MUST have at least personal liability insurance coverage in order to rent.
We DO NOT offer Liability, SLI, PAI, PEC, or any other Insurance coverage.

Deposit:
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, pre-paid debit cards, and cash payments. Deposit for customers using Credit Cards and Bank debit cards is $150 plus the cost of the rental.
Both cash and pre-paid debit customers need to have two consecutive utility bills and two home phone bills, all with the same address. MUST call directly for approval & deposit amount.

Vehicles must stay east of Mississippi. Vehicles may not be driven in the 5 boroughs of New York City or into Canada or Mexico. See Local Travelers Restrictions for more detail.

All Rentals come full of fuel and require a full tank of fuel upon return.

Valid driver's license, proof of liability insurance, and a credit or debit card are required at time of pick up. Minimum age to rent is 18. Renters ages 18-21 pay an underage fee of $85.00 per day 21-25 underage fee of $25.00 per day.

Please note: Prepaid reservations require that the same card be presented at the time of rental as was used to book the prepaid reservation, and the name of the person making the reservation must be the same as the renter of the vehicle.
