  1. HOW DO I GET FROM LAX AIRPORT TO THE RENTAL OFFICE?

    Easy Shuttle Ride from LAX Airport Terminals

    \nWhen you arrive at LAX, exit the glass doors and wait at the pink LAX Shuttle Zone/Column for the blue “LAX Economy Parking” Shuttle (Shuttle E). This shuttle will take you to the Economy Parking Garage.\nOnce there, exit the shuttle and follow the signs to the “Off-Airport Rental Car Waiting Area” on Level 1, near the vending machines on the southeast side. Our Priceless and NextCar shuttles will pick you up from the curb and take you to our Rental Car Office.\nIf you plan to come by taxi then our address is 5250 W Century Blvd. #104, Los Angeles CA 90045\n\nAfter returning your car, we’ll drop you off at the same curb at the Economy Parking Garage. From there, you can board the LAX Economy Shuttle back to your terminal.\n

  2. HOW DO I RETURN THE RENTAL VEHICLE?
    Return the car at our office address: 5250 W Century Blvd. Suite 104, Los Angeles CA 90045

    ENTER THE PARKING GARAGE of Airport Center which is located behind the main building, (address 5250 W CENTURY BLVD. SUITE 104, LOS ANGELES CA 90045) follow the signs for PRICELESS/NEXTCAR parking, park the car on the 5th floor, level 2 (near the 5th floor elevators which are also marked by red cones). Our attendant will meet you (during normal business hours) to inspect the vehicle. Take the elevator to level 1 (ground floor) to visit our office SUITE 104 FACING THE MAIN STREET to take the suttle to LAX economy parking garage. Cars that are not returned at the office on or before the due date and are repossessed by the rental car company will bear a charge and penalty and recovery min $275 up to $5000.

  3. DO I HAVE A SHUTTLE TO THE AIRPORT AFTER I RETURN?

    Yes we have courtesy shuttle to take you back to LAX Economy Parking Garage from where you have to take another shuttle to the Airport Terminals.

  4. AFTER HOURS RETURN / UNATTENDED RETURN:

    We will check and inspect the vehicle the following business day during normal business hours. Renter is responsible for all rental charges and damages until we physically take possession of the vehicle.

  5. WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR RENTAL CAR ?
    You and all Additional Drivers must present a full valid original Driver's License and the voucher or booking confirmation document when picking up the vehicle. If your Driver's License has multiple parts, you must present all of them. All requirements apply to both you and any Additional Drivers.

    You are not allowed to have committed any major traffic violations.

    Temporary Driver's Licenses are not accepted.

    An International Driving Permit is required in addition to a National Driver's License if the National Driver's License you or any of the Additional Drivers hold is not clearly identifiable as a Driver's License, e.g., it is in a non-Latin alphabet (e.g. Arabic, Chinese, Cyrillic, Japanese).

    You must also present:

    Flight tickets

    You must present a credit card with your full name when picking up your rental vehicle. The credit card must be issued by a bank. Credit cards issued by any other financial institutions will not be accepted.

    Please note that you must present the originals of all the documentation required. The Supplier does not accept printouts, photocopies, and digital images.

    Please be aware that additional identification documents, such as a passport, are usually required. International Driving Permits may be required if your Driver's License is not issued in the country where you are renting the vehicle.

    Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure that you have all the necessary documentation, that your Driver's License is valid in your intended rental country and for your intended type of rental vehicle, and that you have the correct immigration documents. The same applies if you're planning to visit other countries in the rental vehicle. Your failure to do so will result in your rental being refused and/or considered a no-show and you will be charged accordingly.

  6. WHAT IS LOCAL RENTERS POLICY?

    ALL RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA ARE CONSIDERED LOCAL RENTERS.. Local renter are allowed to drive within 100 miles radius of the rental location

    Local renter are allowed to drive only 50 free miles per day

    Additional miles are in the range of $.39 up to .79/mile depending on the class of the car.

    Option to purchase unlimited miles are available

    For sedans $30/day

    Compact and mid size SUV $45/day

    Minivan and Full size suv and Luxury cars $85/Day

    Debit cards are not accepted from local renters.

    Security deposit of $500 - $1000 is required in addition to the rental amount depending on the class of the rental car

    Additional rules and restrictions might apply for Local Renters and UnderAge Drivers

    Traveling excessive miles (over 10 miles per day and going out of geographical restriction (CA NV) will result in penalties and fess in excess of $1500

  7. WHAT ARE THE GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTIONS TO DRIVE?

  8. WHAT IS THE AREA OF DRIVING / GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTIONS?

    LAX airport arriving renters are allowed to drive withing the states of CALIFORNIA AND NEVADA ONLY. Violations of this Geo-Restrictions will cost minimum $2000 plus $.39c/mile and $85 additional from the first day of the rental.

  9. WHAT ARE THE MILEAGE POLICY AND RESTRICTIONS TO DRIVE

    With Boarding Pass and Return Airline ticket UNLIMITED MILES

    Without Boarding Pass and Return Airline ticket 50 miles per day

  10. WHAT IS THE SECUTIRY DEPOSIT POLICY?

    The security deposit is the amount collected in addition to the total rental amount on the Rental Agreement. Renter is required to pay an additional $200 - $1000 deposit for every rental / every time. This security deposit cannot be used towards the rental. Security deposit is returned back to renters credit card when the rental car is returned after deducting any additional charges and incidental if any. It takes 5-7 business days depending on the speed of the brank for the funds to appear as a credit on the credit card on file which was used to pay for the rental.

  11. WHAT IS THE DEBIT CARD POLICY?

    Debit Card is accepted only from the renters having a valid Boarding Pass and return airline ticket that matches the rental dates. There is a one time non refundable fee of $75 assessed at the time of the rental. Renters can only rent 4 door sedans on a debit cards. Security deposit will be $500 up to $1000 depending on the length of the rental and class of cars. It usually take up to 15 days for refunds.

  12. How much funds / are required to rent a car.

    Total RENTAL amount on the rental agreement plus MINIMUM $200 (UPTO $1000 DEPENDING ON THE CLASS OF CAR) as security deposit should be available to be charged at the rental counter at the time of the rental. All funds should be on a single credit card.

  13. WHAT IS THE PRE-RENTAL VEHICLE INSPECTION PROCESS?

    At the time of the rental pickup, it is the renter's responsibility to conduct thorough inspection of the vehicle by downloading the mobile app and/or follow these steps:

    • Check for any pre-existing damage using our app or take a minimum of 8 pictures, covering all corners.
    • Start the car and photograph the odometer displaying mileage and gas level.
    • Capture a picture of the front and rear seats' interiors.

  14. ARE THERE REFUNDS FOR PREPAID RENTALS?

    Prepaid rentals are NON-REFUNDABLE / NON CHANGEABLE

    There are no refunds for prepaid rentals.

  15. IS THERE A COST TO CHANGE OF TIME AND DATE OF RENTAL?

    There is a one-time fee of minimum $75 to make any changes to the time and date of the rental. This is subject to availability and approvals only and might not be even possible on rare occasions. This rule applies to ALL rentals.

  16. ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS ON DRIVING

    We do not rent cars to any driver under the age of 21 years

    Drivers under the age of 25 (considered underage) are charged fee of $25/day (Underage Fee)

    Underage drivers should always be in possession of full coverage insurance and major credit cards

    Debit Cards are not accepted from underage drivers

    Declaration page of insurance must be submitted in advance

    Drivers under the age of 25 can only rent cars in the classes of ECAR CCAR ICAR

    Drivers over 65 are charged a fee of $25/day

  17. DELINQUENT / KEEPING RENTAL VEHICLES WITHOUT APPROVAL AND PAYMENTS?

    We take delinquent rental very seriously. Cars that are not returned at the office on or before the due date and are repossessed by the rental car company will bear a charge and penalty and recovery min $275 up to $5000.

  18. Can the rental car be used for UBER, Lyft etc?

    All our rental cars are for personal use only

    Business / Proffessional use of our cars is not permitted including Lyft, Uber etc.

  19. Is off roading permitted with rental cars?

    Rental vehicles to be driven on paved roads only. Off road use evidence will result in $500 penalties

    Our rental vehicles are not to be driven for off roading purposes, if evidence is found on the tires, please be prepared to pay $500.00 - $1,000.00 in penalties. 

  20. Do you honor verbal / oral promises?

    Any acceptance of request or discounts or changes to the original conditions should be in writing. Verbal / Oral promises are invalid.

  21. Are the cars allowed to be driven in countries other than USA

    For all our rental cars travel is strictly allowed in California and Nevada only, out of travel area/zone/range is a Min $2000 up to $5000 and .39c per mile whichever is a higher plus the actual rental and penalty of $85 from day 1 of rental date. Travel to Mexico or any other country is not permitted and the penalty will be in excess of min $3000 plus the above charges.

  22. Are the rental cars equipped with telematics / tracking?

    Rental vehicles might be equipped with vehicle locators or trackers or informatics and will only be utilized to determine the geographical violations or repossession or maintenance or business operations purposes.

    By reviewing this documents and its contents I the renter understands that :

    the above rules/restrictions and terms and conditions and accept them as requirements to rent a car with Priceless/AMPM Car Rental Policies AND VALIDATE THAT THEY ARE EXPLAINED TO ME. I APPROVE THE ABOVE CHARGES that will be part of my rental agreement and its terms and conditions.

  23. ARE THERE ANY SMOKING  / SMOKE FEES?

    We strongly forbid smoking in the rental cars as it is not possible to rent the car with smoke smell to other renters this causes us losses as the car sits in our lot until it is detailed and again made smoke free. A minimum of $500 is assessed for any smoke residue / paphanelia/ smell. Cigarette burns and ash stains will cost up to $1000.

  25. CAN I RETURN THE RENTAL CAR TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION ?

    The rental cars should be returned to the same location where it was rented from which is, 5250 W CENTURY BLVD. SUITE 104, Los Angeles CA 90045. Dropping off the vehicle to any other place is considered abondonment and will cost minimum $750 up to $3000 and additional penalties and fees.

  26. ARE THERE CHILD SEATS / BOOSTER SEATS AVAILABLE FOR RENT?

    YES, you can request the child seat and booster seats with the agent at the time of the rental. Charges per day can be anywhere between $12 up to $14/day

  27. WHAT INSURANCES ARE REQUIRED TO RENT A CAR

    It is he renters responsibility to maintain and keep valid all insurance coverages in order to full state and financial responsibility requirements while the rental car is in the possession of the renter.

    Auto Liability Insurance (CAN BE PURCHASED FOR $29.99/DAY)

    Definition:

    Basic Liability Rental Insurance covers you in the event you are in a covered car accident and it is determined the accident is a result of your actions. (EITHER YOU PROVIDE OR BUY AT COUNTER). I, the renter understand that in case of any claim I take full responsibility for any all damages to the third party and agree to pay with the credit card on file or by check or cash should my insurance company does not cover the accident or if I opt not to file the claim immediately after the losses.

    If you opt to purchase our insurance from the rental car company at the time of the rental on the pick up date it covers Basic Rental Car Liability only which fulfills the California Auto Liability requirement of 15/30/5 as per the California law which states **** California requires drivers to carry at least the following auto insurance coverages: Bodily injury liability coverage: $15,000 per person / $30,000 per accident minimum. Property damage liability coverage: $5,000 minimum.

    Collission Damage Waiver CDW (CAN BE PURCHASED FOR $29.99/DAY)

    Definition:

    If there is a covered accident, collision coverage will pay for the repairs to your RENTAL car, (EITHER YOU PROVIDE OR BUY AT COUNTER). I, the renter understand that in case of any claim Renter will take full responsibility for any all damages to the rent a car and agree to pay with the credit card on file or by check or cash should my insurance company does not cover the accident or if I opt not to file the claim immediately after the losses.

    REMEMBER: In any/all cases the accident/damages should be reported to the Renters Insurance Company / Online Insurances withing 24 hours of the accident and all email/correspondences should be forwarded to the rental car company as email immediately ampmcarrentals@gmail.com

    Failure to do so will result in charges levied and collected up to the entire value of the vehicle.

  28. WILL MY PERSONAL AUTO INSURANCE POLICY COVER THE RENTAL CAR?
    The answer is pretty straightforward. If you currently carry comprehensive and collision coverage on your vehicle(s), then yes, your policy will transfer to provide coverage for a rental car, as long as you are the person who rented the car, and you or your spouse (or other listed driver on your policy) are the person driving the rental car – nobody else. Permissive use is not covered on a rental car, so don’t let anyone else drive the rental car. What About Out-Of-Pocket Expenses? There are some potential out-of-pocket expenses that you need to know about. You would still have to pay your deductible if something happens to the rental car. So if the rental car is stolen or involved in a collision, you would be responsible for your deductible just like if a loss occurred in your own vehicle. Also, if the rental car is in the shop being repaired due to a collision loss, it is not earning the rental agency money like it normally is, so the agency could try to charge you loss of use (the daily rental rate) until the car is repaired and can be rented out again. Most companies do not cover loss of use for a rental car, so you could potentially have to pay this expense out-of-pocket. PLEASE REFER TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY FOR EXACT POLICY COVERAGE AND FORWARD THE DECLARATIONS PAGE DISPLAYING YOUR NAME / EXPIRY DATE OF POLICY AND DEDUCTIBLE INFORMATION TO OUR OFFICE BEFORE RENTING THE CAR.
  29. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT FOR AUTO LIABILITY INSURANCE
    Liability Coverage and California Law

    Liability coverage helps pay for injuries or damage that you cause to others . If you own and drive a vehicle, you must follow the financial responsibility laws in the state Vehicle Code. The most common way to do this is to buy auto liability coverage.

    Liability coverage does not pay for injuries to you or the people in your household . You can buy medical payments coverage for you and your household members .

    Minimum Liability Coverage ($30K/$60k/$15K).

    *By law, the limits below are the minimum insurance limits for a standard auto policy. You must have at least this much coverage.

    Minimum Bodily Injury Liability Limits

    $30,000 for the death or injury of any one person. If one person is injured in the accident, your coverage pays up to $30,000.

    A total of $60,000 for the death or injury of more than one person in any one accident. If two or more people are injured, the coverage pays up to $60,000. The coverage will not pay more. The injured people share the money.

    This coverage applies to injuries that you cause to someone else.

    Minimum Property Damage Liability Limits

    $15,000 for damage to the property of other people.

    This pays for damage you cause to someone else’s car, or to objects and structures that your car hits.

  30. WHAT ARE ACCEPTABLE MANDATORY LIABILITY INSURANCE DOCUMENTS

  31. WHAT IS CDW - COLLISSION DAMAGE WAIVER PURCHASED ONLINE

    This insurance can be a part of your own insurance that might cover the rental car damages and should be provided upon requested

    If you have purchased this insurance online (from companies eg. Allianz / Travelguard / Genarali etc) please forward the insurance details and email to our email address ampmcarrentals@gmail.com)

  32. ARE THERE REFUNDS FOR EARLY RETURNS

    If rentals are returned earlier than the due date on the rental agreement then please be advised that there is no refunds for unused days.

  33. ARE THERE REFUNDS FOR EXTRA GAS IN THE CAR WHEN RETURNED

    If the gas levels are higher than the level taken at the time of the rental then there is no refunds / reimbursements.

  34. CAN ADDITIONAL DRIVERS DRIVE THE RENTAL VEHICLE AND WHAT ARE THE CHARGES?

    Additional drivers can drive the rental vehicle for a fee of $20/day (all drivers should be over the age of 25 years and should have drivers license and insurance in their possession)

    There are no additional fees for additional driver if they are husband / wife with same address / last name and listed on the same insurance policy.

  35. WHO IS ALLOWED TO DRIVE THE RENTAL VEHICLE?

    Only the listed drivers are allowed to drive the rental vehicle.

    A penalty of $50 is levied if any other person other than the listed/permitted drivers drives the rental car.

  36. LOST / FOUND ITEMS AND ITEMS LEFT BEHIND IN THE CAR WHEN RETURNED?

    Please make sure that you take all your belongings when you return the vehicle. Rental Car Company is not responsible for any items left behind. In case you want to contact for lost and found items please email the description and name and rental agreement number and all details to our email at ampmcarrentals@gmail.com. ONLY If found you will be notified and will be billed for the shipping charges by FedEx only. A one time fee of $35 will be charged and paid by the renter to ship the item to renters address this is in addition to the shipping and handling charges levied by FedEx.

  37. HOW DO I REPORT ACCIDENT AND REPORT OF DAMAGES IN CASE OF SCRAPES SCRATCHES ACCIDENTS ETC?

    All damage Major/Minor should be reported to this rental office immediately (anytime during the rental) Pictures should be emailed to our rental office immediately after noticing the event.

    Claims report should be immediately filed with your Insurance company and all details should be forwarded to our email address.

    All our claims documents should be filled at the earliest and cooperation is desired so there is no penalties and fines levied.

  38. WHAT ARE THE DEDUCTIBLE ON INSURANCE IF PURCHASED AT THE COUNTER?

    IF PURCHASED OUR INSURANCE HAS A $1000 DEDUCTIBLE Any/All accidents or damages Major/Minor must be reported and filed with the Rental office an Insurance Company. We expect full cooperation from our renters in thise unfortunate circumstances. Documents with claim should be submitted within 24 hours of the incident failing which $1000 up to $25000 will be charged on the credit card on file.

  39. WILL I GET A REPLACEMENT CAR AFTER AN ACCIDENT?

    IF A REPLACEMENT CAR IS DESIRED THEN THE CLAIM NUMBER FOR THE PREVIOUS ACCIDENT CAR AND ADJUSTER CONTACT INFO (VERIFIED) SHOULD BE PROVIDED.

    If the original car is inoperable DUE TO ACCIDENTS, tow it to 10324 Hawthorne Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90304. Contact us before towing.

  40. HOW MUCH TIME DOES INSURANCE TAKE TO SETTLE?

    Depending on the document submission and fulfillment of request it take anywhere from 30 days and in excess of 90 days for a claim to be settled.

  41. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN RENTAL CAR IS RETURNED WITH LESS GAS / FUEL?

    Refueling charge $50 plus $9 per gallon is levied if gas is returned as lesser level than taken at the time of the rental pickup.

  42. WHAT ARE THERE CLEANING FEES AND CHARGES AND PENALTIES?

    Excessive cleaning charges for TRASH / DIRT / STAINS / sand / smoke / cigarette or weed cleaning will be minimum $500 up to $750. This fee is also applied if the next renter complains of smoke smell in the car.

    No pets are allowed in the rental vehicle at any time if it is observed that there are pet hair and / or smell in the car then the minimum charges are $500 (which includes cleaning only) any other damages will also be accessed from the pet owner.

    Service dogs are allowed with valid certificates from the owner but the cleaning fee charges as above applies min $500.

  43. WHAT IS THE GRACE PERIOD FOR RENTAL RETURNS?

    We offer 30 minutes grace after rental return time. Thereafter there will be a charge of $50 up to $85 / hour. Penalties of $85/day plus other fees are levied if rental is over 2 hour delinquent

  44. WHAT ARE THE CHARGES FOR ADDITIONAL HOURS?

    If called in advance then the charges are anywhere in between $35/hour  up to $55/hour (depending on the class of vehicle)

  45. HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO PAY THE ONLINE INVOICE?

    Renter have 5-10 minutes to pay the invoice upon receipt. Thereafter the guaranteed charges are not applicable and might be higher if you call again for a new invoice.

  46. HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO PAY ONLINE INVOICE?

    5-10 MINUTES AFTER RECEIVING INVOICE

    AFTER THE INITIAL 10 MINUTES THE RENTAL RATES ARE USUALLY HIGHER AND MIGHT NOT BE POSSIBLE TO FULFILL THE REQUESTS

  47. WHAT ARE THERE CLEANING FEES AND CHARGES AND PENALTIES?

  49. HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO GET SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUNDS?

    Security deposits (less incidential for eg. Gas / after hours fee / deductibles etc) are processed on the same day of the rental return. It takes 5-7 business days if returned on major Credit Cards. In case of debit cards it would take approx 7-15 business days.

  50. SPECIAL CASES AFTER HOURS RENTAL / UNATTENDED RENTALS

    With prior approval after hours unattended rentals can be done for a nominal fee of $75/rental to cover the logistical fees and charges.

  51. HOW TO CANCEL DUPLICATE / MULTIPLE RESERVATIONS?

    Any online duplicate bookings (IF) has to be cancelled by the renter himself by going thru the conformation email. If you are unable to cancel the booking yourself then call the website where you booked it thru (Expedia / Orbitz / Priceline etc) and request for cancellation of reservations / bookings that you do not need. This must be done at least 48 hours before the rental pick up time and date to avoid the charges to be non-refundable. To find the contact details for cancellations please visit the website where you booked the reservations in the first place and contact their customer service department.

  52. CAN I MAKE ANOTHER RESERVATION WHILE RENTING THE CAR CURRENTLY?

    It is our policy that you must return the rental vehicle and wait 5 business days before making another online reservation. If you wish to extend the rental you have to call at least 24 hours in advance before your due back date/time.

  53. TOLL ROADS PAYMENTS POLICY AND RULES?

    There is a one time fee of $25. This has to be done at the start of the rental. This saves you from penalties and fees more than $50/toll. PLEASE NOTE There is no booths/NO CASH / no barriers. Only cars with transponders and account are allowed. Then you will only pay actual toll amounts. ELSE: IT WILL BE CONSIDERED VIOLATION AND YOU WILL PAY APPROX $50 TO $75 EACH TIME YOU ENTER TOLL ROADS

  54. WHAT TO DO IN CASE IF I RECEIVE A VIOLATION / TICKET / PARKING / ETC?

    If you receive a violation/ticket while you are driving the rental vehicle then please pay withing 24 hours even if you have to contest this ticket and deal with the parking violation bureaus. If this ticket is received by our office we charge $50 up to $75 for admin fees / processing and handling charges, this fee is in addition to the ticket and penalties amount and other fees levied by the parking violation bureaus which can be anywhere from $100 to $500 more.

  55. What is our Traffic / Tickets / Toll Violation and Admin Fee Policy ?
    Traffic Violations and Administrative Fee Policy\\\\n\\\\nAs the registered owner of our rental vehicles, our company is legally responsible for any traffic, parking, toll, or camera violations incurred during the rental period. These violations are typically sent directly to us, often days or weeks after the incident has occurred.\\\\n\\\\nIf violations are not resolved promptly, the initial fine—sometimes as low as $50—can quickly escalate to $300 or more in penalties, late fees, and even registration holds, putting both the renter and our fleet operations at risk.\\\\n\\\\nTo help prevent these outcomes, we strongly encourage renters to take immediate action when they receive a violation. Timely resolution not only saves you money, but also helps us avoid delays in vehicle registration and unnecessary legal issues.\\\\n\\\\nWhile such incidents are relatively rare, managing them requires significant resources, including administrative processing, documentation, and communication with issuing authorities. To cover these costs, a $100 Administrative Fee is applied per violation.\\\\n\\\\nThis fee is:\\\\n\\\\n Disclosed in the rental agreement\\\\n\\\\n Clearly listed in the Rental Agreement at the time of rental\\\\n\\\\n Provided to all renters in writing during the rental process\\\\n\\\\nBy renting with us, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any violations incurred during your rental period, including the associated administrative fee.\\\\n\\\\nThank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a compliant and efficient operation.
  56. Is Excess Insurance Acceptable ?
    \\nExcess insurance is acceptable only if you have CDW coverage. Excess insurance on it own is not acceptable form of insurance because in order for Excess insurance to cover you need to have primary Insurance. \\nHow does excess insurance work? \\n\\n Excess insurance kicks in when the primary policy\\\'s limits are reached.\\n It provides additional coverage for the same risks as the primary policy.\\n It doesn\\\'t change the terms of the primary policy.\\n\\nWhen might excess insurance be useful?\\n\\n If you\\\'re in a car accident and need expensive surgery, excess liability insurance can cover costs beyond your auto policy\\\'s limits. \\n\\nIf you\\\'re involved in an accident with an uninsured or underinsured driver, excess liability insurance can help protect you. \\nIf your general liability insurance policy isn\\\'t enough to cover a rare loss, excess liability insurance can help. \\n\\nFor more information please refer to the policy terms provided by your insurance company.   57. RENTERS RESPONSIBILITY WHILE DRIVING MAINTAINING THE RENTAL VEHICLE

    Although we do inspect and maintain each rental vehicle for its roadworthiness it is also renters responsibility while renting the vehicle to observe the following:

    If rental car is driven for more than a week or more than 500 miles then for every week and every 500 miles renter should check FLUIDS LEVELS AND TIRE PRESSURES to maintain safety of the renter and passengers. You are welcome to bring the vehicle to our office so we can do these inspections.

  58. FEES FOR USING DEBIT CARDS (IF APPROVED)?

    There is a fee of $75 every time a debit card is charged by the rental car company. We strongly suggest that the renter use the credit card and credit card payment is highly desired by our rental company. This approval has to be taken in writing at least 24 hours before the rental date and time. Debit Cards are not accepted from local renters or renters that do not have a boarding pass and a return airline tickets that matches the rental dates

  59. WHAT IS THE COST OF BOOSTER SEAT AND HOW DO I RESERVE THIS?

    When you reach the counter on the date and time of pick up please request the rental agent / staff to provide you with the booster / child seat. Cost of renting the booster seat will be approx $10 - $12 / day

  60. CAN I RENT A CAR FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

    The drivers license, credit card and insurance information should all be in original and should be in the same name. Additional drivers can be added, provided they have drivers license and insurances (fees applies). All documents should be valid and in original (Paper / temporary / online documents are not acceptable)

  61. PENALTIES AND CHARGE FOR SMOKING (CIGARETTES / VAPES / WEED / ETC)?

    Any kind of smoking in the rental vehicle is forbidden and proihibited and will incur a minimum charge of $500 up to $1000. This charges can also be determined and levied after the renter returns the vehicle if observed and found smoke smell and paraphanelia in the car later.

  62. IF I WISH TO EXTEND THE RENTAL CAR FOR ADDITIONAL DAYS?

    THERE SHOULD BE AT LEAST 5 DAYS GAP BETWEEN 2 ONLINE RENTAL RESERVATIONS EXTENSION OF RENTAL SHOULD BE DONE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE AT NEW RATES ON THE DAY OF EXTENSION.

    Only 2 extensions of rental agreements can be done over the phone. Thereafter renter must be physically present with the car and all docs to renew the rental period of the car and new rental agreement must be generated. Rental cars are allowed to be driven only in the states of California and Nevada) if cars are driven out of this area then there will be a charge of minimum $2000 PLUS $.39/mile for all the miles driven on the car during the duration of the rental.

  63. WHAT TO DO INCASE OF VEHICLE ISSUE / NEED OF ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE (RSA)

    If you have purchased the RSA at the start of the rental, then we will assist you once during the rental for: Roadside Assistance is an optional assistance service that provides coverage at a reasonable additional daily charge. In the unlikely event of operational difficulty or unexpected emergency, we'll bring you fast, reliable assistance — especially helpful when you're in an unfamiliar city.

    Lockout Service---Gain entry when keys are locked inside the vehicle.

    Jump-Star---If your vehicle experiences battery failure, we'll provide a jump-start.

    Flat Tire Assistance or Tire Replacement---We'll replace a flat or damaged tire with the spare, or get the car towed to the nearest service facility. (Please note that the renter might incur the cost of the tire repair or replacement, depending upon the circumstances.)

    Delivery If you run out of gas, we'll deliver 3 gallons to your location and bill you separately for the fuel.

    If you have not purchased the RSA at the start of the rental then: Please call your own Road Side Assistance (RSA) Provider We can still assist you with the minimum charges/fees of $125 up to $450

    In addition to the above the cost of replacement parts is charged extra if needed. Cost of key replacement will be extra Cost of tire or windshield replacement will be extra

  64. WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF ACCIDENT AND DAMAGES OR STOLEN RENTAL CAR?

    2. Driver’s license number, vehicle description and license plate numbers.
    3. Vehicle damage and accident scene photos.
    4. Name of Insurance company and policy number for each vehicle.
    5. Do not accept responsibility of the accident. It might be found later that the other party was at fault.

  65. ARE THE RENTAL RATES SAME EVEN ON EXTENSIONS OF RENTAL DAYS?

    UNFORTUNATELY NO., INITIAL RESERVED RATES ARE ONLY FOR THE INITIAL DATE AND TIME OF THE RENTAL. When extensions are made they will be on the prevailing rates on the date of the call being made we will give you the best rates possible and send an invoice for you to pay immediately. You will have 5-10 minutes to pay the amount on the invoice to avoid additional rate increase and penalties. Reservations made without calling while still renting the current rental is not honored at our office.

  66. Direct Drop off to Airport VIP Service explained:

    VIP Service:

    • Direct drop to terminals.
    • Drive back in the same rental car rental to the airport.
    • Ideal for:
      • Lots of luggage.
      • Full passengers/kids/seniors.

    • Avoid shuttle wait (runs every 50-60 mins).
    • Available 8:00 am to 11:00 pm (Mon to Fri).
    • Save $$$: if requested $75 at start of rental, $100 at end of the rental.

  67. Will a Soft Credit Pull / Check be done at the rental counter and will it affect my credit report?
    It is our policy to perform a SOFT CREDIT PULL to check the credit worthiness of the renter in order to qualify the renter for the rental car. This will not affect your credit score. Our predetermined criteria will enable us to determine if the renter (You) qualifies for the rental car as per our company policy. You will be sent a link or text to input your details to enable us to get the desired brief info to determine your qualification to rent a car with our company.
  68. SMS OPT IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from AMPM / PRICELESS / NEXTCAR related to CAR RENTAL Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with \\\"STOP\\\" to any SMS message you receive from us.
