We are located in the 5250 W CENTURY BLVD. SUITE 104, LOS ANGELES, CA 90045.
1. Upon arrival to LAX, please proceed to the Lower/Arrivals level inner curb under the PINK sign that reads "LAX SHUTTLES". Look for the bus that says "METRO-CONNECTOR/GREEN LINE" and inform the driver that you would like to go to the FIRST STOP AFTER EXITING THE AIRPORT CALLED "Remote Rental Car Depot".
2. Upon your arrival to the "Remote Rental Car Depot", you will be met by the PRICELESS AND NEXTCAR representative and you will be shuttled to the office.
Large passenger vans: when picking up large passenger vans such as 12 and 15 passenger units, it is necessary due to shuttle capacity that only the renter and one other passenger take the shuttle to the pickup counter. The renter will need to pick up the remaining passengers at the airport.

Last shuttle leaves at 11:30 PM. (Monday to Friday)

The renter and or any additional renter and or authorized additional driver (and the respective insurance companies of each) is primarily responsible for all third party claims of personal injury, including death, and property damage caused or arising from the use and operation of the Priceless vehicle during the rental. If Priceless is required to provide primary coverage (CHARGES APPLY), it shall only be in an amount necessary to satisfy the minimum financial responsibility limits required by law. Where permitted, Priceless does not provide uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage. In those states where Priceless must provide such coverage, Priceless will only provide such coverage up to the minimum limits required by law.PREPAID POLICY

Return the car at our office address: 5250 W Century Blvd. Suite 104, Los Angeles CA 90045
Park the car inside the parking garage located behind the main building (Airport Center) on the 5th level (top Level) in spaces designated as NEXTCAR / Priceless Car Rentals. Then visit our office in the Main Building of Airport Center Suite 104 for processing the return.

For after-hours returns, a one-time fee of $45 applies. Park the vehicle, capture required pictures, lock it, and drop the key in the DROP BOX located at the front of the office. RENTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO ARRANGE AND PAY FOR THE TRANSPORT BEFORE AND AFTER ABOVE COURTESY SHUTTLE HOURS.RENTAL COVERAGES
Insurance are not included in rates.

Expiry date of the insurance should be at least 30 days from the starting date of the rental
International insurance with offices not in USA are not accepted at this rental office.
Insurances from USA and CANADA are accepted (please have your insurance company forward the Insurance Policy to our email ampmcarrentals@gmail.com.
WHAT INSURANCES ARE REQUIRED TO RENT A CAR
It is he renters responsibility to maintain and keep valid all insurance coverages in order to full state and financial responsibility requirements while the rental car is in the possession of the renter.
BASIC Auto Liability Insurance (CAN BE PURCHASED FOR 29.99/DAY)
Definition:
If you opt to purchase our insurance from the rental car company at the time of the rental on the pick up date it covers Basic Rental Car Liability only which fulfills the California Auto Liability requirement of 15/30/5 as per the California law which states **** California requires drivers to carry at least the following auto insurance coverages: Bodily injury liability coverage: $15,000 per person / $30,000 per accident minimum. Property damage liability coverage: $5,000 minimum.

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF ACCIDENT AND DAMAGES OR STOLEN RENTAL CAR?

In case of injuries and emergency call 911
Call the cops to report the incident / accident.
TAKE AS MANY PICTURES AS POSSIBLE
Obtain the following information:
Name, address, and phone number of each driver, passenger and witness each driver, passenger and witness.
Driver’s license number, vehicle description and license plate numbers.
Vehicle damage and accident scene photos.
Name of Insurance company and policy number for each vehicle.
Do not accept responsibility of the accident. It might be found later that the other party was at fault.

VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED ONLY IN CALIFORNIA AND NEVADA only, out of travel area/zone/range is a Min $2000 and .39c per mile plus the actual rental and penalty of $85 from day 1 of rental date. Travel to Mexico or any other country is not permitted and the penalty will be in excess of min $3000 plus the above charges.
For Renters arriving at LAX Airport on the day of rental WITH RETURN AIRLINE TICKETS = Cars can be driven only in California, Nevada.
Minivans / SUV / Full size Vans / Premium Cars can be rented on Major Credit Cards Only.
All debit card holders can rent Compact cars / Intermediate and Full Size Cars/Sedans only with one-time non-refundable $100 debit fee.
Minimum charges for pet hair / or smoke or any residues of pet hair or smoke is $500FINANCIAL POLICIES
Prepaid bookings require a valid credit or debit to cover the deposit amount held at the time of pick up. The card number and name on card must match the card used to book the prepaid reservation. Debit card customers may need to provide two proof of residency documents. Prepaid Debit cards / chime cards etc are not accepted .
LAX/Los Angeles Airport:
The security deposit is the amount collected in addition to the total rental amount on the Rental Agreement. Renter is required to pay an additional $200 - $1000 deposit for every rental / every time. This security deposit cannot be used towards the rental. Security deposit is returned back to renters credit card when the rental car is returned after deducting any additional charges and incidental if any. It takes 5-7 business days depending on the speed of the brank for the funds to appear as a credit on the credit card on file which was used to pay for the rental.
Security deposits can be used towards the incidentals that are determined at the time of the return for example:

Debit Card is accepted only from the renters having a valid Boarding Pass and return airline ticket that matches the rental dates. There is a one time non refundable fee of $75 assessed at the time of the rental. Renters can only rent 4 door sedans on a debit cards. Security deposit will be $500 up to $1000 depending on the length of the rental and class of cars. It usually take up to 15 days for refunds.REFUELING POLICIES
Please return the vehicle with the exact amount of the fuel provided at the time of rental pick up. Vehicle should be returned at the same amount of gas taken when renting. Refueling fee is $9/ gallon (Minimum amount charged will be $20). You have an option to purchase the fuel at the time of pick up at the existing or little lower gas pump prices.RENTER QUALIFICATIONS
Confirmation email, valid driving license and valid credit or debit card (Amex, Visa, MasterCard) in the name of the driver. Passport may be required for residents outside the USA.
Please make sure you carry (all documents should be physically present at the time of rental, we do not accept copy / expired dates and mutilated documents):
Valid Driver’s License.

Additional rules and restrictions might apply for Local Renters and Underage Drivers
We do not rent cars to any driver under the age of 21 years
Drivers under the age of 25 (considered underage) are charged fee of $25/day (Underage Fee)
Underage drivers should always be in possession of full coverage insurance and major credit cards
Debit Cards are not accepted from underage drivers
Declaration page of insurance must be submitted in advance
Drivers under the age of 25 can only rent cars in the classes of ECAR CCAR ICAR
Drivers over 65 should have major credit card and insurance in their possession when renting the car
Only cars and sedans can be rented by the underage drivers
Van and SUVs are not available for underage drivers please do not book High Occupancy Vehicles
CARS ARE ALLOWED ONLY WITHIN THE STATES OF CALIFORNIA AND NEVADA (for renters who have boarding pass and return airline ticket that matches the rental pickup and drop off dates)OTHER POLICIES
Cars not picked up 2 hours after expected pickup time may be considered no-show reservations and reservations may not be honored. Please contact Priceless if your travel plans have changed or delayed (additional charges apply and is subject to availability.)

ARE THERE REFUNDS FOR PREPAID RENTALS?
Prepaid rentals are NON-REFUNDABLE / NON CHANGEABLE
There are no refunds for prepaid rentals.
IS THERE A COST TO CHANGE OF TIME AND DATE?
There is a one-time fee of minimum $75 (Plus the rate difference) to make any changes to the time and date of the rental. This is subject to availability and approvals only and might not be even possible on rare occasions. This rule applies to ALL rentals.
All cars are cleaned reasonably and if dissatisfied renters can get the car normal washed and provide the receipt for one time reimbursement (up to $12 / rental).
The make / model / year / color (interior and exterior) of the car varies and cannot be guaranteed.

If purchased from our company full coverage insurance will be $75 - $150 per day (Deductible $10000)
Allowed to drive in California, Nevada only (if driven out of the CA/NV then penalties of $750/day up to $5000 applies)
Min 2 days advance booking required
Non refundable deposit of $450 will be charged and credited towards the rental when booking is made.
For electric cars vehicle will come with min 25% initial charged battery.
Only authorized drivers (on rental agreement) allowed to drive.
Disrespectful talk, foul language, cursing words, not following the rules and restrictions, failure to provide documents that are needed for the rental, abuse of vehicles or services might lead for grounds for denial of rental vehicles.
Duplicate reservations (More than 1 Reservations made in the same name ) will be cancelled. There is no refunds on prepaid reservations. All cars has to be in different renters names with their own original documents (Drivers License / Credit Card and Proof of full insurance i.e. Auto Liability and CDW)
NO SMOKING : $500 WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY TRACE OF SMOKE / ASH OR CIGARETTES THIS APPLIES IF THE NEXT RENTER COMPLAINS OF SMOKE SMELL IN THE CAR
If some one other than the renter returns the vehicle then there is a one time fee of $50
Minimum charges for pet hair / or smoke or any residues of pet hair or smoke is $350
Tires and windshield are the responsibility of the renter. We provide cars that are roadworthy. Nails. flat tire, drained battery is the responsibility of the renter charges apply if assistance is requested (it is advisable to have your AAA card handy)
IF THE CARS ARE RENTED FOR MORE THAN 7 DAYS OR OVER 500 MILES THEN it is the responsibility of the renter to check all fluids and water and maintain levels or bring to our office so we can do the inspection (during our work hours 0900 - 1700)
Only 2 extensions can be done over the phone. Renter has to be present with the vehicle at the office to do the additional extensions of rental car.
EXTENSION OF RENTAL:
THERE SHOULD BE AT LEAST 5 DAYS GAP BETWEEN 2 ONLINE RENTAL RESERVATIONS EXTENSION OF RENTAL SHOULD BE DONE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE AT NEW RATES ON THE DAY OF EXTENSION BY CALLING OR EMAILING AND PAYMENTS (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY). Charges and rates on the rental agreement are valid only for the original dates. Extension of rental is subject to availability and higher rates and fees.
THERE SHOULD BE A GAP OF AT LEAST 5 BUSINESS DAYS BETWEEN ANY TWO ONLINE RESERVATIONS

LAX/ Los Angeles WHAT I THE COST OF BOOSTER SEAT AND HOW DO I RESERVE THIS?
When you reach the counter on the date and time of pick up please request the rental agent / staff to provide you with the booster / child seat. Cost of renting the booster seat will be approx $10 - $12 / day (7.99 up to 12.99 / day)
All damage Major/Minor should be reported to this rental office immediately (anytime during the rental) Pictures should be emailed to our rental office immediately after noticing the event.
Claims report should be immediately filed with your Insurance company and all details should be forwarded to our email address.
All our claims documents should be filled at the earliest and cooperation is desired so there is no penalties and fines levied.
PENALTIES AND CHARGE FOR SMOKING (CIGARETTES / VAPES / WEED / ETC)?
Any kind of smoking in the rental vehicle is forbidden and prohibited and will incur a minimum charge of $500 up to $1000. This charges can also be determined and levied after the renter returns the vehicle if observed and found smoke smell and paraphernalia in the car later.
IF I WISH TO EXTEND THE RENTAL CAR FOR ADDITIONAL DAYS?
THERE SHOULD BE AT LEAST 5 DAYS GAP BETWEEN 2 ONLINE RENTAL RESERVATIONS EXTENSION OF RENTAL SHOULD BE DONE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE AT NEW RATES ON THE DAY OF EXTENSION.

Thereafter renter must be physically present with the car and all docs to renew the rental period of the car and new rental agreement must be generated. Rental cars are allowed to be driven only in the states of California, Nevada and Arizona only) if cars are driven out of this area then there will be a charge of $2000 PLUS $.39/mile for all the miles driven on the car during the duration of the rental.
