A Maximum of 3 additional drivers may be added to the rental contract at a cost of 5.00 EUR each per day to a maximum of 100.00 EUR each per rental. Each Additional Driver must meet the driving license criteria.

Additional drivers can only be added for the full duration of the rental. All insurance cover as part of the rental contract will become void if an unauthorized driver has used the vehicle or if the driver of the vehicle does not possess the required driving license at the time of the event giving rise to claim.

Please inquire at rental counter at the time of rental.

Renters may elect to acquire collision damage & theft protection waivers at the time of rental. Collision Damage Waiver will waive your liability to pay for any damage caused to the vehicle during the period of rental. Theft waiver provides coverage for the theft or damage resulting from attempted theft of the vehicle, its parts and accessories up to their full value and any loss that our car rental partner may occur. Both are subject to certain exclusions. Your liability is waived subject to you paying a charge, referred to as an excess which limits your liability to the cost of the excess only. In the event that the renter has behaved recklessly or negligently or driven under the influence of drugs or alcohol you may be liable for the full cost damage. Please note in common with most car rental policies there are exceptions to cover which may include windscreens, tires, the underside or interior of the vehicle, towing charges & replacement keys. Please check your agreement fully at the time of renting for exact exclusions. Please note a number of options may be available to buy locally, which reduce your risk or can provide further cover to you and your belongings.

Renters may also elect Full Super Collision Damage Waiver at the time of rental. The price may vary depending on the vehicle reserved, see table below Please note: In common the coverage does not cover damage to windows, tires, the roof, underside & interior of the vehicle, towing charges or damage caused negligently, willfully or recklessly as well as key, car documents, manual, lighter, wiper blade, cargo cover, tool kit, or registration plates. Insurance is NOT valid and voided if the rental vehicle is taken into the occupied area of Cyprus if crossing the border.

Cross border rentals are not allowed. Vehicles must remain in the Island of Cyprus.

Major Credit Cards Accepted.

At time of pick up you will be required to leave a deposit to cover the value of the insurance excess. Usually it takes the form of an amount (minimum: excess+fuel+vat) being blocked on an international credit card in the name of the primary driver (cash deposits, maestro, switch visa electron and debit cards are not accepted).

The blocked amount will be returned in full at the end of the rental provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as rented.

800.00 EUR - MCAN, MCAR, MDMR, MDAR, MDAV, ECMN, EDMR, MBAV, ECAN, EDAN, EDAD, EDAR, CWAV;

900.00 EUR - CCMR, CDAN, CDMR, CCAR, CDAR, IVMR, IVAR;

1000.00 EUR - IDAV, OWAV, DDAV;

1500.00 EUR - SWAV,

2000.00 EUR - OVAV.

Additional equipment (Like: child seat, navigation system (GPS)) requested at time of booking or purchased locally and extra services (Like: additional driver, out of hours fees and one way rentals). Please note that the prices for items not included in the rate and payable to the car rental company are subject to change. Optional extras/special equipment are subject to availability.

The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as provided at the beginning of the rental, otherwise the customer will be charged for the missing fuel plus a refueling charge will apply.

No refunds for unused fuel are given.

The minimum driver age required is 21. The maximum driver age is 75.

Drivers must present a full valid national license at time of rental and must have held the license for a minimum period of 1 year. Translated or Internationals driver license is required if the driver's license is not written in the Latin alphabet. Driver's license must be held for at least 3 years.

A valid passport (or ID card, if it is written in roman characters and only for EU countries), air-tickets may be required.

EU citizens must produce a driving license and either passport or identity card to pick up the car. All documents must have been issued at least 12 months before pick up.
Non-EU citizens must produce driving license as well as an International Driving Permit (or a certified translation of their driving license issued by their embassy or consulate) and either passport or identity card to pick up the car. All documents must have been issued at least 12 months before pick up. U.S. and Canadian citizens must produce a driver's license and international driver's license as well as either passport or identity card to rent a car outside the U.S. and Canada.

Young driver's surcharge applicable for driver age from 21-24 inclusive.

Car rental company will provide you with a vehicle of the same car class and similar specifications, but the make and model might be different.

A standard admin fee of 15.00 EUR is charged to cover the costs of processing speeding fine, parking tickets, or any other related traffic offences, and any other administration work required.

No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 100.00 EUR will be chargeable.

There is a very clear no smoking policy in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has been smoking in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 100.00 EUR will be chargeable.
