After collecting your luggage, please take exit 9 from the lower level near baggage claim and proceed to the rental car shuttle. Once on the shuttle please give us a call at 504-464-3001, we will pick up from bay 2 at rental car center.

Additional Driver's Fee is $15 per day. Additional driver is also subject to same qualifications as primary driver and must provide own insurance and drivers license.

After Hours Returns available upon request, more information provided in advance of rental, and will be determined at time of rental, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Renter and any additional driver(s) must have their own full coverage auto insurance that is on their personal vehicle at the time of rental

Please be aware ALL vehicles have unlimited mileage within a geographical restriction of a 300 mile radius of the rental office.

We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Deposit for a major credit card is $400, deposit for a debit card is $550, any local renter that does not provide a round trip airfare ticket will have a $1500 deposit. Deposits are refunded within 7-10 business days of return of the vehicle, excluding weekends and holidays. Please be informed your bank may take an additional 1-3 business days to process the credit to your account.

Vehicle must be returned with same amount of fuel as rented to avoid a refueling service charge.

The driver must present a valid driver's license and credit card in their name upon pick-up. The credit card is required as a deposit when renting any vehicle. The deposit amount is held by the car rental company. Please ensure sufficient funds are available on the card.
International rentals may have different driver license requirements. Please check what exact documentation is required by the car rental company. For example, an international driving license is required if the driving license is non-roman alphabet, and if picking up the vehicle in an EU country, an international driving license may be required for those whose driving license is not issued in the EU.
Charges for refueling, additional drivers, etc. are not included in the total price.
Geographical restrictions may apply, even for rental contracts that feature unlimited mileage. Some car rental companies do not allow you to take their vehicles across certain domestic or international borders, or may apply an additional charge to do so.
Your rental may have mandatory, local insurance requirements that result in additional charges at the time of hiring.
This rental is non-refundable. No changes or cancellation will be allowed for this reservation.
Get 100% refund on insurance if it is canceled before pick-up time. This will be canceled automatically with your car cancellation.

The total price includes all mandatory taxes and fees.
