PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
Airport Pickup: From Terminal 1: Take the link train located over the west pedestrian bridge in the parking garage level 5 to Viscount station. Proceed down to the escalator and call 1-888-625-1314. From Terminal 3: Take the link train located across the Sheraton hotel pedestrian bridge at Level 3 to Viscount station. Proceed down the escalator and call 1-888-625-1314.
*Please note, all Airport pickups are from Viscount Station.
Free Shuttle service provided within the above stated hours only. No Charge for pick-ups and drop-offs within radius of 10 kilometers. After hours pick up can be arranged at an additional charge from $50 to $100 depending on your arrival time.ADDITIONAL DRIVER POLICY
Additional driver permitted at $8.99/day. All additional drivers must have a valid driver license at the time of rental. Additional driver may be requested to provide a valid credit card under their name at the time of the rental.AFTER HOURS RETURN
After Hours Pick up/Returns: Our location allows 24/7 pickup and drop off. Reservations and returns after business hours are subject to a $75.00 + HST fee. For after hour drop off, renter is responsible for rental vehicle until vehicle is inspected by a company representative. Please call 1-888-625-1314 to arrange After Hour returns.RENTAL COVERAGES
Your personal auto policy may cover damage to rented vehicle. Renter to confirm coverages with your insurer. If transferable insurance is not confirmed at the time of the rental, customer is required to purchase one of the CDW packages offered by our company. Luxury and Exotic vehicles are required to purchase one of the CDW packages offered. If using credit card insurance, renter will need to provide proof of liability insurance or Purchase liability insurance.RENTAL RESTRICTIONS
PLEASE NOTE: Any Ontario and Quebec license holders must provide Collision Damage Waiver using personal means and not purchased through Swift Rent A Car.FINANCIAL POLICIES
Valid credit card in the name of the primary driver must be presented at rental counter. Swift Rent A Car maintains the right to refuse rental if the above requirement is not met. The credit card must also have a minimum of $500.00 or the estimated total plus 30%, whichever is greater, available on the credit card at rental counter.
Cash deposits are not accepted. SWIFT RENT A CAR accepts the following rental DEPOSITS: VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, JCB.
SWIFT RENT A CAR accepts the following methods of PAYMENT: Debit Card, VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, En Route, Diners Club, JCB, Direct Bill (with special approval), and cash.
Please note, pre-paid credit cards, non-embossed credit cards, debit cards (with or without visa/mc logo) are not accepted at this location as a form of deposit. Swift Rent A Car may refuse to rent if the above requirement is not met. Call our office for more details.REFUELING POLICIES
Swift Rent A car employs a fair use fuel policy. Vehicle must be returned at the same level as picked up. A $25 service charge plus the cost of fuel will apply if the vehicle is not returned at the same level received.RENTER QUALIFICATIONS
Graduated License restrictions/fees may apply. The driver's license must be valid for the entire rental period. Valid credit card in the name of the primary driver must be presented at rental counter. Swift Rent A Car maintains the right to refuse rental, if this requirement is not met. Minimum Age Requirement: 25 years. Maximum Age Allowed: 74 years. Age 28+ for Luxury vehicles. Age Requirement polices may change without notice.OTHER POLICIES
Please note, all rental vehicles are strictly non smoking vehicles. If vehicle is returned with smoke smell or ashes a minimum cleaning charge of $200 will apply.
