Rental Requirements and General Qualifications

Please provide us with flight number, so we can wait at Airport. This is a meet & greet location at the Podgorica Airport. A TARA-CAR agent will meet you at the airport to deliver your vehicle.

All products include basic insurances (CDW) We offer to vide variation of insurances from partial glass and tires insurances up to Premium packages with zero excess.

At time of pick up you will be required to leave a deposit to cover the value of the insurance excess. Usually it takes the form of an amount (excess) being blocked on an international credit card (cash deposits, maestro, switch visa electron, AMEX and debit cards are not accepted).

The blocked amount will be returned in full at the end of the rental provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as rented. All credit cards will be subject to and must pass CHIP and PIN verification, cards without this facility will not be accepted.
Excess for car groups is:
350.00 EUR - EDMR,
350.00 EUR - EDAR,
350.00 EUR - CCMR, CCAR
500.00 EUR - SDAR, SDMR, SWAR
500.00 EUR - FFAR, PDAR

The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as provided at the beginning of the rental, otherwise the customer will be charged for the missing fuel plus a refueling charge will apply. No refunds for unused fuel are given.

We do not rent to those under 21 years of age, 21-24 years old attract a fee of 10.00 EUR per day to a maximum of 60.00 EUR per rental.The maximum driver age is 75. When collecting a car from our car rental supplier the principal driver & any additional drivers will need to provide a full driving license on their name. A valid passport (or ID card, if it is written in roman characters and only for EU countries), air-tickets may be required.

All drivers must have a valid drivers license present at the time of rental. No need for an international driving license.

Rental includes: Unlimited mileage, Local taxes, Insurance (Collision Damage Waiver), Airport Surcharge.
Please keep in mind that you are responsible for all garaging and congestion charges, parking and other traffic fines and penalties, and toll fees / road tax (if not specified otherwise) incurred during the rental period. All such charges will be forwarded to you along with any administrative charges from us or the Supplier.
