Rental Requirements and General Qualifications

The Shuttle runs every 20 minutes. The customer will be picked up from CHECK IN 2 EXIT which is in the 2nd Floor (Top Floor) from the Arrival Terminal. If you require any assistance please contact us on +41 76 495 90 10
• Hotel / Apartment Deliver only possible on request by the time of booking with extra charge of 100 CHF / way plus local taxes within a 15 Kms radius of the station and additional Km will be charge 5 CHF
Please note, the Priceless Car Rental is not obligated to wait for your arrival, and if you fail to arrive at the pick-up station at the time indicated in the voucher, it may constitute a No-Show on your part. At the end of the rental period, you must return the vehicle undamaged and in a clean condition to the correct location and at the agreed time. Please make sure you return the vehicle to the same location which you collected it.

In the event the car is dropped off unreasonably dirty, as determined solely by Priceless and may charge you for special cleaning fees.

No-Show
A "no-show" is when you

wish to cancel your booking but do not tell us until your rental is due to start;
fail to pick up the car at the arranged date and time;
fail to provide the documentation that is required to pick up the car;
fail to provide a credit card in the main driver's name with enough funds to cover the deposit;
fail to meet supplier terms or requirements;
In all these cases, you will receive no refund of the money you have paid.
Priceless Car Rental reserves the right to refuse to rent a car to any customer who fails to arrive on time and does not have the necessary documentation and a credit card with enough funds. In such a case, unless the rental has been cancelled in advance, the customer will not be entitled to a refund.

Additional Driver will cost CHF 25 Per Day

Each Extra Hour CHF 20 -70 according to the vehicle models

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Collision Damage limits the liability for damages. Customers are liable for an excess charge, which varies by engine size. Theft Waiver: This covers the value of the car if it is stolen while in possession of the renter. The hirer is responsible for the excess on the vehicle. Carried clothing or other articles are not covered. You may be held responsible for damage to or loss of Tyres, Windscreens, Glass, Buffers, Lights, Roof and Undercarriage. Excess amount will be deducted CHF 2000 or according to the damage and balance amount will be claim from the Insurance. We recommend for the customers to apply an extra International Insurance cover when they make the bookings which they can reimburse the full amount what they are paying if any accident once they return back to their country. – 2,000.00 CHF

Third party liability is included in the rates. • Vehicle theft insurance does not cover damage to luggage or personal effects. The basis of the insurance cover is exclusively the rental agreement to be concluded on site. The insurance cover expires in the event of gross negligence or breach of the rental conditions. Driving on unpaved roads is not allowed.

Cash in CHF, EURO OR US$, if it’s by Credit card (Master or Visa Card) must be in driver’s name. Traveler’s cheques, Debit Cards and EURO cheques are not permitted. Non-embossed credit cards are not accepted.

Customers must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it contained at the time of renting the vehicle (Usually it is a full tank) Failure to return the vehicle without proper level of fuel will result in a refueling surcharge which will be deducted from the deposit.

Valid International Driving Permit. The renter must have the One year valid International Driving Permit (IDP) to drive a vehicle in Switzerland. The required years of driving experience may vary according to the car category. Make sure that Renter must present both International Driver's license and Domestic License when pick up the vehicle. UK driving license holders must visit DVLA for an update on recent changes to the paper counterpart effective from 8th June 2015 before they travel. If the International Drivers Permit cannot be issued by your home country (Ex Customers from People's Republic of China), renter may be allowed to present the domestic Driving License accompanied by a Notarized Translation instead or English Translation from the Embassy in your country.

21-65 Minimum Age for Rentals is 18 years to 65 years of age. AB, BB, DB, DF, DC, for all other cat for two years.
