Website, corporate, local call center and local rental office are all independent. Nobody honors what the other entity agreed. Even the different reps don't honor what the other rep promised. I feel like customer service is a joke and it's not by accident. Nobody picks up the phone, Youguys hassle the customers who are there on short vacation. Take a serious look, guys! There is only so much hurt and disrespect you can inflict on customers and continue to stay in business.

Waited over 45 mins to picked up from airport and the shuttle back to airport was more than 30 min wait. Still havenot been credited my deposit

One week after rental return I have a charge of $250.00 still on my charge card. Had to dispute charge with my creditcard company because this is a charge on my account not adeposit. Bad, Bad, coustomer service and I would not rentagain.

Had a mini van reserved for one month prior to pick up. Vehicle wasn't available for us when we arrived. We were downgraded to a smaller vehicle with no compensation. Worstexperience with a car rental agency in a long time. Can't imagine us returning.

Counter guy insisted I buy $10/day cdw for deductible. Thisshould be disclosed when I made reservation. Also lied tome about tolls.There are NO tolls on I 95 which he said there were. Nice car....bad service

I drive a suburban for a daily driver so I wanted a full size suv when I rented. I was gi en a nissan armada, what a piece of crap. Terrible fuel economy and a tiny fuel tank. It was roomy and pretty comfortable, but I couldnt drive past any gas stations. I recommend getting some expeditions/suburbans/navigators/yukons to fill that segment.

I was forced to get insurance. I had the paper work from my insurance company showing that a rental car was covered. I had my insurance slip that was valid. I have a travel credit card with paperwork showing car insurance coverage . I rented a car at this excat location last year and used the same forms and was approved for a rental! The person at the counter said "you can't use credit card and combine your insurance at the same time" and that this was "a new thing" and that, "it's in the system" although he wouldn't show it to me. It was around 8 pm I couldn't callmy insurance company to verify even though I showed him the coverage my insurance company gave me as mentioned...My car had the warning light maintenance required on the whole time . He said it was "no big deal" and to just ignore it. Is he a mechanic? How long have they ignored the warning light? Could it not malfunction while I'm driving it leaving me stranded? We have rented from Priceless Car Rental Orlando Airport many times during the past few years. We always got great prices and great service. This last time we rented was not agreat experience. Upon check in, the agent asked if we had “Loss of damages” in our Full Coverage Insurance. I was never asked this question before when we rented from this location in the past. (I noticed that the agent was new because I never seen her there before.) I explained to her that I have Full Coverage Insurance (which my policy includes insurance on rental cars) and I do not need to purchaseany extras and additional insurance. When signing the contract, there was an additional $60 listed. I asked the agent what the extra $60 was for, she explained that if we do not return the vehicle on time, that we would be charged a late fee. I never heard of a car rental company adding those charges and actually charging that at the time of signing the contract. That is why they hold the $250 security de

unhappy with the return of $250 deposit placed on credit taking so much time to be credited back. today is 12/31/19 and vehicle was returned 12/12/19, 2 days short of 3 weeks ago. Credit has still not been received. other than that, shuttle was prompt for pick up and return to airport.

I had zero issues with this car rental agency. They were fast efficient and very customer service friendly. I plan to use them every time I travel to Orlando. And their prices were PHENOMENAL!

Upon check in, I arrived early 3 hours, the associate wouldnot allow me to take the car I reserved early, instead offered me to upgrade at triple the price for another vehicle, I refused. I returned 2 hours later. Associate named Gi, assisted me and was very rude with aggressive tone. I called prior to ask about using debit card, girl said no fee. Gi said the girl was new and did not know, there is fee.He was full of shit, wasted my time and I left without your rental. Went to other rental car
