Arriving customers: We offer free pick-up from the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport to hotels in the metro area to all clients. Upon arrival, customers may contact our company by using the courtesy line available at the airport or by calling 787-726-7350. The Airport shuttle is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our client’s convenience.

The guy at the front was very rude. The guy who pulled the car up was helpful but when we got in the car it was notsanatised for covid precautions it was completely dirty. We had a spare tire on the car on one side and that wasn’tvery safe to drive around with knowing how the roads there are I did question it but was told that’s all they got. C from and I will be reporting this place.

Waited 1.5 hours to pick up car when arriving at 11:30 pmso not a pleasant experience.

Car had continued tire air leakage of the rear tire that the rental service was aware of before but had not fixed, evenwhen I went back after 2 hours. I had to get air at gas stations at least twice per day, not to speak of the continued worries to suddenly get stranded with a flat tire.

Customer service agent: seemed to be bothered that he had to help check me out. Although we both had on masks, were speaking through a plastic wall he refused to speak up and speak clearly, so the whole transaction took way longer than necessary. Cleanliness of the car- it looked like theywiped the car down with a dirty rag found on the side of tnapkins, wet them and re-wipe down all the windows. The car stunk and was dirty

The service and salesman were horrible, rude to say the least, I would not recommend your company to anyone! Very poor customer service, zero (0) needs to be added to your rating scores! I would never use this company again!

Everything was good , just two thing, in the day the car was good clean but the first day in the car Lot of roach started out to the air conditioning conductor and split from every where I scary a yield in the middle of the street I don’t know was goin on, my son split Offf for the mosquitos and no came out again. Other thing was the place arn and work with the rental paper in my phone I don’t signal for communication and internet

I was charged for two days but only had the car for 1 day. Spoke to a representative that gave me the run around.Advised me that I would be cobtacted by billing department. Have not heard anything from them

Lots of hidden fees. They didn’t accept my insurance from US only because my car is not 2016 or newer. They had me use their insurance otherwise they wouldn’t rent me the car .I had to pay for toll service even for the past days when i didn’t even use the service. Service was terrible, car was dirty and front end was crashed and they added a bunch of unknown fees raising the price by $200. I would never recommend this car rental companyto anyone.

They are short staff. It was dark and getting late when I arrived. They gave me an old, crashed car, smelled cigarette inside, seat stains, it sounds horrible, I payed too much for that rental junk car. I did not want to stay and wait any longer to change it, it would’ve taken me at leastwaiting 2 more hours easy. But, that should’ve never happe pay for.

From the moment I called to be picked up from the airport, to the moment I drove away with my car rental, it took 2 1/2 hours. Most of that time was waiting at the counter because there was only one person working behind the counterfor multiple car rental companies. The car that was initially given to me had an issue with the left- front tire. Io finally resolve my issue.

The waiting time to rent a car is approximately 2-3 hours which is unacceptable. The rental location is not at the airport to you need additional time to take shuttle which adds to the wait. Staff was slow while retrieving the car which added to the wait time.

I had to call Priceless a few times and only got this ugly music and that was the end of my call. When I called the second time I did get a person on the line who barely understood what I was talking about. I never had a car with abutton to start the engine. Nobody told me how to start the car. I asked several people, none of them knew. Finally of the trunk there was nobody anywhere to tell me where to go to be taken to the airport.

from $742.00 that i was suppose to pay ,paying $423.00 up front when i got to San Juan i paid $1300.00 estra, That myfriend is total robery by yor company. thank you very much for your total bill for $1,723,00 bill. i will not even think to recoment anybody to you . thank you for robingme.

Never will recommend! Tons of hidden fees. Extremely dirty car! Customer service? Horrendous! Except for the guy who took the car when I returned. Lights didn’t work Worstrental place ever!

The one thing that upsets me the most was not being able tobuy my own toll sticker. I was force to take your pricesof $10.00 to activate and $10.00 per day weather i use itor not. From the $267.00 pre paid reservation price i finish paying $640.27. I call that injustice. I will follow to make a formal complaint with the BBB.

Car smelled like marijuana the entire rental. Had either a bad front tire or bearing, shook when driven.
