Renter QualificationsValid US or International drivers' license must be provided at time of pick up. International license must accompany valid country license and passport, all with matching names. Based on the date if the entry stamp, International renters will be allowed to rent a vehicle for up to 14 days. Minimum age to rent is 18. Renters ages 18-24 pay an underage fee of $25.00 per day. Please be sure to have a copy of your insurance declaration page with you at the time of rental. Vehicle must be fully covered with proof of insurance shown at the time of rental, whether by renter's own policy, or by a CDW purchased at the store. Cars must be returned with the same amount of gas as when they were first rented, or the customer will pay $6.50 per additional gallon. Vehicles are only permitted to be driven in the state of Florida. Extra hour rate is $5.00 per hour, and extra day rate varies from $40.00-$150.00 per day. Please note these fees are subject to change at any time and will also vary on car class, season, and other rental requirements.

For your convenience we offer you a VIP service which has a cost of USD 150.00 + taxes, to return outside of our Service Hours at the Airport. We send you the instructions for the return of the car within:
Miami International Airport
Orlando International Airport
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport
You can leave the car in the parking garages offered by those airports
At the DEPARTURES level and after locating your departure airline on your left you will find the entrances to the parking lots, enter through the ticket office identified with the SUNPASS Logo, this ticket office will give you access to the parking lot.
If this fails, just take the ticket from the machine.
It is particularly important to follow these steps:
1- You must leave the keys, parking tickets and GPS or SIMCARD devices in the front glove compartment.
2- Vehicle UNLOCKED
3- You must take a picture of SPOT where you park the vehicle
4- You must take a picture of the floor number in the rows
5- Take photos or a 360-degree video of your car to document its condition when you drop it off, including the fuel gauge and odometer
6- You must send the photos and video by email at customerservice@rentcar.rent and WhatsApp at +1 305 587 5313

Customers may use one of the following to meet the physical damage requirement for their rentals:
Their own Auto Collision and Comprehensive Insurance that can be verified at counter, (this includes a paid-through date of 30 days from the rental date)
DEPOSITS are based on your deductibles and can range from $250.00 to $2500
A Credit Card with Rental Coverage, or
They may Qualify to Purchase the Optional Damage Waiver
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) using the customer's liability coverage:
with a $500 deductible is $24.99 per day plus taxes
with a $1,000 deductible is $18.99 per day plus taxes
with a $2,000 deductible is $14.99 per day plus taxes
Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) using the customer collision coverage:
$14.99 per day plus taxes. Covers up to $1,000,000 in 3rd party claims.
Full coverage (CDW + SLI) is ONLY for customers using a MAJOR CREDIT CARD - NOT available to debit card customers or local renters.

Coverage is required to rent a vehicle, and it can be provided by your own verifiable auto insurance policy, a credit card that has verifiable coverage for your vehicle, or purchasing our coverage. If you would like to provide your own insurance, you must show at the counter proof of insurance coverage that specifies the coverage limits and inclusions, policy number, and effective date. Proof can be shown in the form of paper documents, or displayed on a computer, phone, or mobile device screen.
IF YOU ARE USING YOUR OWN PERSONAL INSURANCE WE ONLY ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING COMPANIES: Liberty Mutual, State Farm, GEICO, Progressive, USAA, Esurance, Farmers, Nationwide, and Credit Cards (subject to verification). PLEASE BRING YOUR INSURANCE DECLARATION PAGE IT IS MANDATORY. OR USE MOBILE APP
If you plan on using your own insurance, you must show at the counter the ID card + declaration page which has to match the name last name, and address of the renter. Insurance from Puerto Rico, Canada, or any other country outside of the US is not accepted.
The rental vehicle may be covered by Collision coverage provided by your credit card company. If coverage is provided by a credit card, we must be able to verify that coverage at the time of the rental. The full amount of the rental, including the prepaid amount, must be paid with the same card. A $2,500 security deposit will apply to those using credit card insurance.
US RESIDENTS:
• US residents must provide their own insurance id (DECLARATION PAGE), or MOBILE APP,your policy need to be a collectible and transferred Insurance.
o We accept insurance from the following companies: State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Geico, Progressive, Infinity, All State, USAA, Esurance, Farmers, Travelers, AAA, Nationwide.
• If you have your own insurance, you must provide your insurance DECLARATION PAGE, it must be printed within prior to the pickup of the vehicle. Alternatively, presenting the information in a mobile app at the time of pickup is acceptable. This information must match the name, last name, and address of the main driver on the reservation. The insurance must include a minimum USD liability coverage and provide full (collision and liability) coverage for the rental vehicle. Florida State Minimums are required.
-Flying Customers:
Major Credit Card – Based on the customers’ insurance deductible - minimum deposit: $250.

Domestic one-way trips are possible for an extra charge from 48.15 USD to 138.03 USD plus tax, depending on the selected location.

Restrictions: It is prohibited to use the vehicle to provide transportation network services (I.E., Uber or Lyft), food or delivery services (I.E., Uber Eats, Postmates, Instacart), or for any other commercial purpose.FINANCIAL POLICIES
At the time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Diners, Discover Credit and debit cards.
When a renter, additional renter, or authorized additional driver presents an eligible bank-issued debit card at the beginning of the rental to qualify to rent, and that customer presents proof of insurance coverage, NextCar will perform an insurance verification with the customer’s personal auto insurance carrier to verify that the insurance policy has been prepaid for a minimum of 30 days from the date of the rental and will provide collision and comprehensive insurance benefits to cover the rented vehicle to Florida limits.
If the customer's auto insurance policy fails to provide collision and comprehensive insurance benefits for the NextCar vehicle, the rental agreement will not be processed unless the customer provides a major credit card with verifiable rental car damage coverage or purchases the optional NextCar Coverage.
It is necessary to present a valid credit card in the rental office in the name of the main driver to pre-authorize / charge the amount as a deposit. The numbers of the credit card (s) must be highlighted and it may be necessary to enter the PIN code.
Deposit will be blocked on customer's credit card until 10 to 15 business days after the end of the rental period.
The deductible/excess is the maximum amount you'll have to pay in order to repair or replace the rental car if it is damaged or stolen.
The deductible/excess its of 1,000 USD to all cars only if the customer purchases our vehicle's insurance.
The security deposit is from 500 USD to 2,500 USD to all cars (variable).
Customers who fail to cancel their reservation at least 48 hours prior to pick up time, fail to show up for the reservation or do not qualify for the rental will be subject a one-day rental charge or a $50 admin fee, whichever is higher. All cancellations must be through the original booking source or notified in writing to our email flhelp@nextcar.com.REFUELING POLICIES
The vehicle fuel policy its back to back if we provided with a full tank must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges. If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of $7.99/gallon will be charge.RENTER QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee from $12.99 plus tax per day applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 74 years.
A senior driver fee from $9.99 plus tax per day applies to drivers aged 70 and above.
To pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, customers from outside of the US may be asked to show a Passport or ID card.OTHER POLICIES

Missing Key: from $450.00
Each extra hour after due time will be $24.99, after the 4th hour will be a charge of a full day rate plus what was charged before.
Missing booster seat: $100.00
Missing GPS: $140.00
Missing Gas: $7.99 per gallon.
Cleaning and Smoking fee: flat rate of $250.00
Payment of Tolls and Infractions, plus an administrative fee of up to $50.00 for EACH Toll or Infraction incurred during the rental period.
You authorize us to: process separate payment card charges in your name for all amounts due us including parking tickets, red light tickets plus administrative fee up to $99.00, also for the repair of the damage to our vehicle (if any).
