Please credit the deposit back to my card. Cosmetically,the car was not good. Loose bumper, damaged rear bumper, torn floor mats.

I have been renting vehicles for decades and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The counter agent was arrogant, the car was an economy car when I had reserved an SUV yet I was given no discount on the price (even though I asked), and I was told that I had to show proof ofinsurance to avoid paying extra for coverage. The car didit was so filthy I had to stop to clean the INSIDE of the windshield before I could drive.

Me sentí defraudada. Considero que es publicidad engañosa. Es importante que indiquen valores aproximados a cobrar, en la web publicitaban por algo más de $550, por lo que hice la reserva pero al llegar a las oficinas me subieron a mas de $1000, a pesar de notificar que mi T/C cubría cualquier percance, pero incluyeron todos los seguros e inclusivmilia y yo viajamos siempre y con otras empresas no he tenido esos inconvenientes. Que pena

You need to be more clear about the fact that you haven’tpaid your tolls in 6months and that if the customer wantsto use their own SunPass they can not. So they can pay you the $6.95 a day up front and not get charged double(because they can’t put the plate on their SunPass) when returning the vehicle. You are ripping people off Will never usI had to pay $63.00. Car windows was nasty inside and outand blood on ceiling in back seat.

If I could give this place a "0" I would. The customer services was horrible at the location but the only positive aspect was the shuttles driver, Edward, he was awesome. When I checked in for my vehicle the rep to all my information and additional payments for hidden fees and deposit to then tell me he had no vehicles in stock. He then assignelights on that included the engine light. I was scared todrive it.

The air in the tires was low so I stopped and paid two dollars for an air pump to put air in them and the low sign was still on the dash. Also I was not happy that they pressured me into paying $30 for tolls I asked if I could not pay with cash at the booth and they said no and the toll booth did have a place to pay cash $2.75 each way was all wes taken

The shuttle driver was rude when we had to return to the airport. We also waited 45 minutes to be picked up at the airport. Tried to call several times and only got a recording. Recording said 15-20 minutes but it was 45 minutes.

The shuttle driver heard me speak to my wife privately inArabic, so he butted in & kept arguing with me. The customer service representative made me pay extra money for a premium car, because he didn’t have the car I originally booked. He then got me an old Nissan Maxima with 68,000 miles on it, disgusting roof interior, and the screen wasn’t on’t do refunds. It took 45 mins returning the car because no one was in the front desk at 5pm
