From our proprietary business management software, access to our multi-channel GDS enabled reservation system, company-owned insurance, vehicle financing, and initial and ongoing training, Priceless provides its’ franchise owners with the tools needed to run a profitable vehicle rental business.
We are part of a large and successful car dealership group, Fitzgerald Automotive, which operates franchised dealerships representing many popular manufacturers. Our relationship with the automotive manufacturers and our exemplary track record with our financing partners allow our franchise owners access to fleet, financing, and insurance that would be out of reach for an independent operator.
We own and operate our own group of corporate rental locations, and have over 3,000 vehicles in service in the Baltimore Washington Area, all of whom are supported by staff based remotely and at our 26,000 square foot building located in Laurel, Maryland. Purchased in 2015, our headquarters houses our own contact center as well as our franchise service, support accounting and executive offices. Training is conducted at our state of the art training center at our headquarters, with on site instruction done at one of our Maryland area corporate stores.
